See You Soon

As you may have guessed, I took Thanksgiving Week off from posting. The regular posts will return this Friday, with a look and economic inequality. This post will primarily focus on the United States, not just because of the upcoming book I've written with Dr. Mattson on the topic, but because the US economy is the biggest on the North American continent, and it isn't even close. According to the OECD's GINI coefficient, here's a quick overview if you'd like a refresher on GINI as a measure of income inequality,  Canada scores a fairly equitable 0.353, while Mexico scores not-so-great 0.46. The USA scores a 0.47 by household income, which makes it the most economically unequal of the big three North American economies. But we will get into the details of all that this Friday.
